Bo Kaburov
Sales Director - Americas, Central
Bo Kaburov joined Patersons in November 2009 as Sales Director, US central region based in Chicago. Mr. Kaburov is responsible for generating new business as well as developing strategic partnerships.
Bo is an 18 year veteran sales and business development executive in the human resource outsourcing and technology industry with an accomplished sales and sales management track record.
Bo brings broad HR expertise and experience to Patersons, having served as a Regional Director HRMS/Payroll at Salary.com. His professional experience includes his roles as Director of Business Development at integral systems and national director BPO at ADP Employease.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Karburov was a principal with Mercer Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) practise in the Midwestern region with a focus on working with fortune 500/1000 companies. Prior to that, he had an impressive career with automatic data processing (ADP) national accounts services, where he served in various strategic sales roles.
Mr. Kaburov received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa.
