Gerald Cobb
Sales Coordinator - Americas
Gerald joined Patersons in September 2007. He is responsible for managing sales leads through to conversion as clients.
Gerald has over 7 years of HR and payroll HRO experience. Previous to Patersons, he worked for Ceridian for four years, starting in Health and Welfare before coming a payroll specialist. His achievements included designing an off-shoring training program for Genpact (India) who now administer Ceridian's entry level payroll administrative workflow. Prior to Ceridian, Gerald also managed HR suites for Mellon HR Solutions including 401k, cafeteria plans, pension for BASF and BD corporation.
Gerald is a member of the American Payroll Association. He is also a six sigma white belt and holds various Boys & Girls community club affiliations.
