Martyn Puttick
Group HR Director
Martyn joined Patersons in October 2007. He carries overall responsibility for Global HR Policy, Recruitment and Employee Development & Retention.
Previously, Martyn worked with Dell Computers in a variety of Global HR and operational roles, including the US, Germany and France. He saw employee numbers rise from 6,000 to 48,000 and implemented Dell's online learning management system across the globe. He was also part of the team that developed and implemented the company's web-based HR self service system.
Martyn worked for three years at UGS (Unigraphics Solutions Ltd) where as head of Operations in EMEA, he implemented centralised payroll for the region using Patersons' Logon2 application.
