Philip Paterson
Group Company Secretary
Formerly an army officer with the Royal Artillery, Philip has been with Patersons for over five years. He has also worked for a large multinational and has experience of large outsourcing deals in both the private and public sectors as well as financial services compliance experience.
Philip has a LLB (Hons) from London University and was called to the Bar, he also has experience in managing people and resources in demanding environments and situations as well as having worked in a number of technical staff positions.
