Meet Our Team
Tracy Micciche
GM Americas/Account Director
Tracy joined Patersons as Program Manager for American Deployment in October of 2007. She was promoted to Director in February 2008 and is responsible for all programs and operations run by the US office including sales, implementation, operations, vendor management and back office. Prior to joining Patersons, Tracy was Global Director of Employee Disbursements for Lenovo (who is a client of Patersons) which included Payroll, Travel & Expense Accounting and Global Mobility. Tracy was responsible for both the day to day operations, program design and implementation.
Prior to Lenovo, Tracy worked for P&G / Gillette on the world wide integration of employee services after the merger between the two companies. She has also worked as HRIS implementation consultant for Lawson Software.
Tracy has earned a bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut and a Project Management certificate from Northeastern University in Boston. She is also certified in American Payroll by American Payroll Association and a certified Project Manager from the Project Management Institute.
