Will Ingles
Group COO
Will Ingles joined Patersons as Vice President of Finance in September 2009, with a proven track record across both finance and operations he has since taken on the position of company COO.
Prior to Patersons, Will worked for English First as CFO Europe in a variety of finance and operational roles across Holland and the UK, where he was instrumental in stream-lining the operational and sales processes.
Will also built up a strong knowledge of the financial world during his time at Kraft. Will worked for 15 years at the company, in both the UK and the US where he covered a variety of financial and system roles. During this time Will was a key part of the team who lead the implementation of a worldwide financial analysis and planning system while also having responsibility for Kraft's IPO.
