Description of role:
Working within our Global Programme Delivery Team you will work closely with clients and delivery partners on the the discovery, analysis and design phases of implementations. You will need to have gained in-depth knowledge of HR and/or Payroll processes and should be currently working as a Business Analyst. Description of role:
Excellent opportunity to join our rapidly expanding payroll team based in Singapore. You will not only have gained sound payroll and/or accounting skills but will also be able to bring your language skills into play in order to service our international client base. We are keen to talk to Taiwan, Korean and Mandarin linguists but would also be very keen to hear from gifted individuals with other language skills. Your duties will include the accurate processing of payrolls to strict deadlines and the production of end of year documentation. The ability to answer client payroll queries in a timely manner are essential. You will also assist in the production of client payroll reports and provide administrative support to the payroll department, and other areas of the organisation as required. This is a very exciting opportunity in which you can use your skills to advance your career either within a pure payroll position or, when familiar with our systems and procedures within another area of our business.

Patersons requires a highly motivated self-starter to lead our sales operation in Hong Kong and consequently into China. Applicants should be willing to lead and develop the sales function in the region by getting involved in sales presentation and demonstrations, client relationship, account management and responding to enquiries. Experience in HR and Payroll would be a distinct advantage.
