Additionally, as the system is delivered via the internet, customers receive upgrades in real-time.

Written in Java, our solution, Logon2 has an integration engine which allows it to interface to any type of external application using XML. This robust technology, acknowledged as three years ahead of the market, has tackled one of the hardest problems in the world – global online payroll processing.

The subscription SaaS model provides robust disaster recovery and business continuity in full. Patersons operates real-time failover to a fully redundant
failover site which is located in a different country to the production environment. Patersons global network of service centres and staff who are cross trained
on different country payrolls means that business continuity is guaranteed.
This global service delivery model provides a local service by a local expert through the company’s standard global technology platform. This overcomes service delivery around different time zones, the complexity of each country’s legislation, languages and local banking system. As they are independent, the local payroll bureau, who is an approved partner, is selected to meet the client’s exact requirements in any particular country and the technology has been implemented with a number of large blue chip multinational organizations.
